Travel Staff is a placement agency for Travel & Hospitality professionals. We fill roles for Travel Agents, Business Development Managers, Finance & Accounting, Travel Tech, Destination Specialists, Directors of Sales, Directors of Revenue Management, and Corporate Meeting Planners. We have an extensive database filled with such professionals, looking for a new opportunity.

Our Process is Simple:

• With a signed Agreement, we promise to put forth only the most qualified individuals, based on your requirements
• Send us the job description(s), along with other details (salary, benefits, etc.)
• We conduct a search for candidates, screening each one. And, in some cases, test their skills
• Once we find the top 2 or 3 candidates, we forward their resume to you for consideration
• If you like one (or all) of them, we’ll set up an interview for you to meet them (via phone, video conference, or in-person)
• Should you hire one of the candidates we put forward, there is a one-time fee (percentage of annual salary)
• If you don’t hire any one of our candidates, you pay nothing

Additionally, we offer a 90-day guarantee on all of our placements. If they leave or you terminate them within 90 days of their start date, we will find you another qualified candidate at no extra charge.
